Hot Key Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Hot Key Media LLC,” “we,” or “us”), owns and operates GoTradeSchools.com (the “Site”). The Site provides, at no charge to you (“user” or “you”), informational resources about trade careers, training programs, licensing, and certifications. Some pages include enrollment inquiry forms operated by third-party schools or their affiliate networks. We may receive compensation when you submit a form or request information through those forms.

Hot Key Media LLC has no ownership of or operational control over the schools that provide these forms, nor their admissions policies, practices, or enrollment availability. We make no promises or warranties regarding:

(a) The Applications themselves (b) The schools that created the Applications (c) The content or accuracy of the Applications (d) The policies or practices of the schools that may review completed Applications you submit (e) Whether any current openings or enrollment opportunities exist at these schools

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and Hot Key Media LLC and are accepted by you each time you use or access the Site or its services (“Services”). If you do not accept these Terms:

(a) Do not use the Site (b) Do not use the Services (c) Do not submit any information or Applications through the Site

The “Services” include, without limitation, all websites under Hot Key Media LLC’s control (including GoTradeSchools.com) and any online service providing access to Applications, informational content, or related resources.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version is always available via the “Terms of Service” link at the bottom of the Site. Users who violate these Terms may be permanently banned from using the Services.

2. Nature of the Services

Hot Key Media LLC provides informational content and a facility for accessing third-party Applications. We do not approve, endorse, or verify any Application, school, or user of the Services. We do not review the background or credentials of any trade school or individual user.

3. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user’s access at any time without prior notice.

4. Content Responsibility

All information, data, text, software, photographs, graphics, videos, links, or other materials available through the Services (“Content”) are the sole responsibility of the entity from which such Content originated. You, and not Hot Key Media LLC, are entirely responsible for all Content you download, transmit, or use through the Services.

5. No Control Over Third-Party Content

We do not control the Content of Applications or related materials available on the Site and do not guarantee their accuracy, integrity, or quality. By using the Services, you may be exposed to Content that is outdated, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL HOT KEY MEDIA LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING ERRORS OR OMISSIONS, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON SUCH CONTENT.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

(a) Distribute unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable Content (b) Share Content you do not have the right to make available under law or contractual or fiduciary obligations (c) Infringe any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary rights (d) Send unsolicited advertising, spam, chain letters, or other solicitations (e) Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code (f) Violate any local, state, national, or international law

7. User Contributions

(a) These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including those who submit comments, feedback, or other content (“User Contributions”). You, and not Hot Key Media LLC, are responsible for all User Contributions you create, transmit, or display.

(b) We do not control User Contributions and do not guarantee their accuracy, integrity, or quality. By using the Services you may be exposed to User Contributions that are offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL HOT KEY MEDIA LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY USER CONTRIBUTION.

(c) Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide are voluntary and may be used by us without obligation to you.

8. Monitoring and Removal

Hot Key Media LLC may, but is not obligated to, pre-screen, review, or remove any Content or User Contribution at our sole discretion and at any time.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hot Key Media LLC, its owners, managers, members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:

(i) Content you used through the Services (ii) User Contributions you provided (iii) Your violation of these Terms (iv) Your violation of any rights of another party

10. Termination

We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, immediately terminate your access to the Services. Hot Key Media LLC shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from such termination.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” HOT KEY MEDIA LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

(i) The Services will meet your requirements (ii) The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free (iii) The Content will be accurate or reliable (iv) Any errors in the Services will be corrected

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOT KEY MEDIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

(i) Your use of or inability to use the Services (ii) The cost of procuring substitute goods or services (iii) Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data (iv) Statements or conduct of third parties using the Services (v) Any other matter relating to the Services

13. Exclusions and Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Hot Key Media LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same. We have no responsibility for content on third-party websites you may access through links on the Site.

It is our policy to disable or terminate access for users who infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Notice for Claims of Infringement

If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, provide us with all of the following:

(a) A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner (b) A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property you claim has been infringed (c) A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Site (d) Your name, mailing address, and contact information (e) A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (f) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hot Key Media LLC with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and the relationship between you and Hot Key Media LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

17. Waiver and Severability

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Our Intellectual Property

Users acknowledge that Hot Key Media LLC has exclusive rights to the Site, its name, logos, and service marks (“Marks”). You agree not to use the Marks without our express prior written permission.

19. Acceptance

By using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
