GoTradeSchools.com is committed to making its content accessible to the broadest possible audience, including people with disabilities.

Our Goal

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

In February 2026 we completed a full codebase audit and made the following improvements:

Added a skip navigation link so keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation
Fixed heading structure across all page templates to follow a logical sequence
Updated color contrast across all text and interactive elements to meet the 4.5:1 minimum ratio
Added visible focus indicators to all interactive elements
Added descriptive labels to all navigation controls, buttons, and links
Added ARIA attributes to modal dialogs, table headers, and dynamic content regions
Fixed all data tables to include proper column and row header markup

An embedded third-party program search widget is used on some pages. This widget is provided by an external vendor and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We have contacted the vendor regarding compliance.
Some content pages may contain images without descriptive alt text. We are working to identify and correct these.
